The Q-ROCK development cycle consists of three complementary steps: “Exploration”, “Classification and Annotation”, and “Reasoning”. A graph database serves as a central knowledge representation and data exchange hub. The process may be initiated from two entry points (E1 and E2), depending on the intention of a user.
